Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns for change of mind. If you would like to exchange an item you have 14 days from the delivery date to do so. simply send us an email and we will arrange it from there. You will be responsible for any shipping costs.
If an item you have been sent is damaged or you have received the wrong item, contact us via email and we will resolve the issue immediately.
In the event that your product is lost in transit, Moonflower Reiki will not be held liable. Any claims for/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product is received.

If you're based in Sydney you can expect to get your parcel a lot faster than someone in WA for eg.
Orders under $50 are automatically labelled as "Authority to leave", which means that they do not require a signature and will be left in a safe place eg. near your front door. If you require a signature or have other instructions, please email us as soon as you have placed your order.
